  • White pepper to taste

  • Homemade breadcrumbs (good quality stale bread, grated)300 g
  • Oil1 l
  1. Season the sardines with salt and white pepper.
  2. Dip the sardines in the beaten egg and then in the homemade breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in hot oil and serve.
  4. Chef's tip: make this dish during the sardine season (from April to July) Serve it with a really cold craft beer!
