  • Flour (Corn, Rice)1 tablespoon
  1. Mix the shrimp with the flour and let it rest while you cut the ingredients.
  2. Prepare the rice as you prefer, without using too much salt (use 1 tablespoon and half an onion)
  3. Put oil in the skillet and brown the shrimp on both sides.
  4. Reserve the shrimp, add more oil and the egg. Stir and toss to the side.
  5. Add the diced carrot, crushed or crushed garlic and ginger
  6. Reserve after frying them
  7. Add sesame oil, parsley and chives, peas (optional) and stir
