  • Salt to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Hake fillet600 g
  • Wheat flour5 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Oil to taste
  1. Peel the garlic and, together with the salt and lemon, season the fish. Pour the oil on top so the flavor penetrates the fish.
  2. Mix the wheat flour with the oregano and the breadcrumbs (for breading).
  3. Fry both sides of the fish. Serve.
