- Oil for frying to taste
- Cornmeal4 tablespoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Potato ball4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Pepperoni Pepper to taste
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Cleaned the fish and seasoned with salt, lemon and pepper, left to marinate for 10 minutes.
- I cooked the whole potatoes until they were soft, I removed them from the water and kneaded them all by hand, I put the potatoes in the frying pan with oil, seasoned with salt and pepper, finally I added the chopped garlic, browned the potatoes well on both sides, when the garlic fried I turned off the fire and added green smell.
- I passed the fish in cornmeal and fried in hot oil until golden, removed from the oil and placed them all on paper towels to dry.
- Served with tomato and onion salad and some peppers that I love, perfect with a beer 😋
