  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Fuba1 cup
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  1. 1-Clean the fish and cut it into slices, fillet or use it whole. 2-Then season the fish with lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. 3--Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes in the seasoning. 4-In a bowl, add the wheat flour, cornmeal and corn starch (Maizena). 5-Bread the fish in this mixture and then take it to fry in hot oil. 6-Place the fish on a paper towel to remove excess oil. 7- Serve immediately
