- fish1 kg
- Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper,1 to taste
- Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Water, Panko Flour1 cup
- Cut the fish into strips. Season with garlic, salt and pepper mix
- Pasta: Wheat flour, corn starch and water. Season with salt and pepper.
- Dip the fish in the batter and then in the panko flour and fry.
- Note: the dough is practically a soft cream.
