  • Fish of your choice1 kg
  • Wheat flour to taste
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  • Oil500 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  1. Clean the fish and cut into medium pieces.
  2. Add salt and lemon and let it marinate.
  3. In a large pan add the oil and let it heat well.
  4. Pass the pieces of fish in wheat flour and then in breadcrumbs. This will help it not stick to the pan.
  5. Add the fish to the hot oil and do not turn the pieces until the underside is fully fried.
  6. With both sides fried, remove the fish from the oil and place in a refractory to drain.
  7. It can be served as a side dish or as a side dish.
