  • Tilapia fillets10 unit(s)
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Wheat flour10 tablespoon
  • Oil100 ml
  1. Season the tilapia fillets with salt to taste and lemon and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. To fry, coat the fillets one by one, in wheat flour and remove the excess under the faucet and take it to the frying pan.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden.
  4. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve with a good mashed potato.
