- Fish in slices, (I'm using croaker)1.000 kg
- Salt to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Crushed Garlic3 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour for dusting to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Clean the fish well.
- Season with lemon, salt, garlic, lemon pepper and marinate for 1 hour.
- Drain the liquid and pass the steaks in the wheat flour.
- Fry in hot oil and let excess oil drain.
