- 200 g hake, cut into wide strips 2 packets of fish seasoning 1 egg salt to taste breadcrumbs for breading for frying3 unit(s)
- In a bowl, season the hake strips with the seasoning and salt and leave for 20 minutes. After beating the egg, pass it on the fish. Then in the breadcrumbs and fry in very hot oil. Place on a platter and serve.
