  1. I started by seasoning the Saint Peter fillets with squeezed lemon, salt and black pepper.
  2. Now on a plate I put the cornmeal and wheat flour together. mixed well
  3. Then I passed the fish fillets in the mixture, breaded well and set aside
  4. Now put some oil in the pan and let it heat up. Then I put the fillets to fry and then just drain and serve
