- Dogfish in slices1 kg
- Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1 unit(s)
- Oil for frying1 cup
- Fuba for breading2 cup
- Oregano and black pepper1 to taste
- I cut the dogfish steaks and put them on a platter to season.
- I cut the garlic very finely. I added salt and pepper. And the squeezed lemon mix well and set aside.
- I put the fuba on a plate and breaded the fish.
- Now take a deep pan put the oil and let it heat up. Then put the pieces of fish and let it fry on one side then turn the other side.
- Once cooked, drain on paper towels and serve.
