  • Dogfish in slices1 kg
  • Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic1 unit(s)
  • Oil for frying1 cup
  • Fuba for breading2 cup
  • Oregano and black pepper1 to taste
  1. I cut the dogfish steaks and put them on a platter to season.
  2. I cut the garlic very finely. I added salt and pepper. And the squeezed lemon mix well and set aside.
  3. I put the fuba on a plate and breaded the fish.
  4. Now take a deep pan put the oil and let it heat up. Then put the pieces of fish and let it fry on one side then turn the other side.
  5. Once cooked, drain on paper towels and serve.
