Tilapia fillets500 g
Frozen summer salad (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)300 g
Salt to taste
Sweet paprika to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Rosemary sprig1 cup
Basil sprig1 unit(s)
Ginger Powder to taste
Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Butter paper1 unit(s)

Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and paprika. Reserve.
Cover the bottom of a pan with parchment paper so that it rests on the paper on the sides.
In the center of the parchment paper, accommodate the vegetables forming a bed.
Add the sliced onion and the peeled crushed garlic cloves.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Drizzle with a little oil.
Place the fish on top of the vegetables.
Place the sprig of basil and rosemary on top of the fish and drizzle with olive oil.
Take another piece of parchment paper and cover the fish, twisting the scraps of paper around the sides.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
Open the foil and serve immediately.
