  • Fish with firm flesh in small fillets1 kg
  • Coconut milk800 ml
  • Tomato Passata1 unit(s)
  • Paprika (sweet, spicy and smoked)3 teaspoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Fresh coriander1 unit(s)
  1. Sauté the onion for 5 minutes in oil, without browning. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add the paprika and sauté for 1 minute. Add the passata and mix well. Add the coconut milk and wait for it to boil.
  3. Season the broth with salt, season the fish with salt and dip the pieces into the broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Finish with coarsely chopped coriander with the fire off.
  5. Serve with white rice and more fresh cilantro on top.
