  • Red pepper0.5 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Coconut Milk50 ml
  • Garlic to taste
  • Palm oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  • Taiwanese lemon1 unit(s)
  • Mineral water500 ml
  1. Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon, and let it marinate.
  2. At the same time, chop the onion, garlic and tomato into small cubes. Chop the bell pepper too, but it must be cut into strips.
  3. Then, in a pan, add oil and sauté the tomato, onion, garlic and pepper over low heat.
  4. Add the fish with the marinade and let it taste for approximately 5 minutes.
  5. After that, add the water and let it cook until it boils.
  6. After boiling add coconut milk and palm oil.
  7. With a fork, check the doneness of the fish, the right point is the one where the fish is whitish and it is possible to see small divisions in its fibers.
  8. Taste the broth and adjust salt and pepper if necessary. Then turn off the fire and season with smell to see.
