  • Dogfish steak or grouper700 g
  • Lemon juice1 cup
  • Onion cut into large rings1 unit(s)
  • Red bell pepper cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Green Peppers, sliced1 unit(s)
  • Ripe Tomatoes, Sliced2 unit(s)
  • Chopped coriander2 tablespoon
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Palm oil1 tablespoon
  • Shrimp Broth Tablets2 unit(s)
  1. Wash the fish well, drizzle with the lemon juice and let it rest for about 1 hour.
  2. In a large pot, place the fish, onion, peppers, tomatoes and sprinkle with cilantro.
  3. Crumble the shrimp broth tablets, mix them with the coconut milk and drizzle the fish.
  4. Bring to a low heat with the Penela partially covered for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir a few times until it is cooked.
  6. Add the palm oil and add salt.
  7. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
