- Sliced bell pepper to taste
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Palm oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice2 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Make a mixture with the lemon, garlic and salt and season the slices 1 by 1.
- Put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and arrange the slices.
- Take the tomato, onion, pepper and layer on top.
- Add the coconut milk and palm oil, cover the pan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- After the time, put the chopped green smell, hit the salt, and if necessary add a little water.
- Leave on the fire for a few more minutes until the fish is cooked.
