  • Onion slices to taste
  • Sliced Tomatoes to taste
  • Sliced bell pepper to taste
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Palm oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice2 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Make a mixture with the lemon, garlic and salt and season the slices 1 by 1.
  2. Put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and arrange the slices.
  3. Take the tomato, onion, pepper and layer on top.
  4. Add the coconut milk and palm oil, cover the pan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  5. After the time, put the chopped green smell, hit the salt, and if necessary add a little water.
  6. Leave on the fire for a few more minutes until the fish is cooked.
