Black Pepper1 to taste
Salt1 to taste
Full seasoning1 to taste
Color1 tablespoon
Coriander1 cup
Green onions1 cup
Crushed garlic1 teaspoon
Oil4 dessert spoon
Lemon Juice1/2 cup
Eggs3 unit(s)

Clean the fish and cut into pieces.
Season with lemon, pepper, seasoning and salt.
In the pan add 4 tablespoon of oil, garlic and onion stir until golden.
Then add the fish, chives, cilantro and enough water to cover.
Let it cook for 20 minutes, then chop the eggs and let it cook for another 5 minutes or until the eggs on top are cooked. Ready
