  • Red onion1 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Coriander1 to taste
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Coconut milk250 ml
  1. Cut the fillets into wide strips, set aside.
  2. Cut the tomato, peppers, onion into slices.
  3. Chop the coriander.
  4. Make a layer of onion, peppers and tomato, fillet, cilantro, and so on until you finish with the peppers and the rest of the cilantro.
  5. Drizzle with coconut milk, salt to taste, black pepper and olive oil.
  6. Let it cook on low heat for approximately 25 minutes.
