  • 6 thick fish steaks of your choice, 500 grams of shrimp, 500 grams of squid, all cleaned 3 large cloves of garlic, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper all cut into slices, half a bunch of coriander, palm oil, 200 ml of coconut milk, salt and black pepper to taste..1 kg
  1. In a pan, lightly brown the garlic with olive oil, add the tomato, onion and peppers, sauté for 3 minutes, season with salt and black pepper and palm oil, (reserve half...)
  2. In the stew that was left in the pan, place the steaks delicately and on top of the coconut milk, let it boil for 2 minutes, add the shrimp, on top of the shrimp put the rest of the stew... And on top of the squid, cover with the cilantro and cook for 5 minutes and it's ready..(serve with white rice and mush)
