  • Saffron to taste
  1. Defrost the fish fillet
  2. First let's season: I like to add oregano, saffron to give it a color and a little taste, and salt. Leave to marinate in the spices for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Line the AirFray with aluminum foil and place the seasoned fish films, then put an average amount of oil on top of the files so they don't get dry and don't burn too
  4. When you see that they are golden, in about 25 minutes you can take them out.
