  • Water150 ml
  1. In a pan, place the peppers, onion, pepper and salt.
  2. Add the fish, adding the oil, sliced eggplant, vinegar, lemon juice, saffron and stir.
  3. Then stir more until liquid is released, and when cooking and drying, add a little water.
  4. When the fish is almost cooked, season with more cilantro and pour in the coconut milk. Finishing the recipe.
