Olive oil1 dessert spoon
Vinegar1 teaspoon
Black pepper1 to taste
Coriander1 unit(s)
Chives1 unit(s)
Knorr1 unit(s)
Coconut milk200 ml
Saffron1 tablespoon

In the clay pot put a layer of onion, pepper and tomato
Put the fish of your choice
Put the oil the vinegar a pinch of salt the black pepper is the saffron
Put another layer of tomato, peppers and onion and the knor...cover the pan and let it cook
Keep an eye on it so you don't overcook it, the fish will fall apart.
