Tilapia fish2 kg
Potatoes3 unit(s)
Coconut milk200 ml
Salt1 tablespoon
Garlic to taste
Ready-made fish seasoning to taste
Carrot2 unit(s)
Onion2 unit(s)
Tomato2 unit(s)
Green smell to taste
Pepper2 unit(s)
Coloral1 tablespoon
Chili1 unit(s)
Rice2 cup
Shrimp300 g
Egg5 unit(s)
Water2 l
Olive oil to taste

Season the fish slices with garlic to taste, a spoonful of salt and seasoning ready-made fish seasoning to taste, set aside and start preparing the broth
For the broth, put 2 liters of water in the pan with the potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers and peppers, all coarsely chopped. I also use the fish heads to cook the broth.
As soon as the potatoes and carrots are al dente, I start to prepare the fish by lightly sautéing the shrimp in olive oil in a wide pan or casserole dish.
I pour the broth with all the ingredients inside it, discarding the fish heads
I add the coloral and coconut milk And I leave it for 10 minutes or until I feel that the fish has cooked
Finally, remove the fish slices and add the chopped tomatoes and whole boiled eggs.
Let the vegetables cook to taste.
Make the rice as usual and serve it in prepared dishes or, if you prefer, on platters.
