  1. Season the hake fillet with salt, pepper and lemon. Mix the panko with cold butter and laminated Brazil nuts. Assemble the farofa over the hake fillet. Bake in a medium oven until golden. Tip- medium low oven, for crust to brown while the fish bakes.
