- Salt1 tablespoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Wheat250 g
- Cornmeal250 g
- Oil to taste
- Clean shrimp500 g
- Garlic5 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onions2 unit(s)
- Coriander1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Water1 cup
- Wheat2 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Colorau to taste
- Season the fish fillets with salt, garlic and lemon.
- Combine the wheat with the cornmeal and mix well. Coat the fillets in this mixture.
- Fry in oil at moderate temperature.
- Place on a platter and reserve.
- Fry the garlic in the oil.
- Put the coloring.
- Put the shrimp to sauté 2 minutes.
- Add the salt, oil and the rest of the seasonings.
- Add 1 cup of water and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
- Put the wheat to thicken and it's ready.
- Pour over the fillets and serve.
