  • Fish fillet1 kg
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Potatoes1 kg
  • Tomato sauce1 can(s)
  • Ketchup1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella200 g
  1. Cook the potatoes .
  2. In a medium refractory place the boiled potatoes in such a way that they cover the bottom.
  3. Place the salted fish fillets on top of the potatoes. Mix the tomato sauce and ketchup and distribute this mixture over the fillets. Repeat the operation, ending with the sauce.
  4. Bake in a hot oven (200°) for 15 minutes. Remove, put the mozzarella, put it in the oven again for fixings.
  5. Serve with white rice.
