English Potato2 unit(s)
Cooked and shredded tilapia fillet3 tablespoon
Green onions to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Corn flour1 tablespoon

Cook the potatoes in a pot of water.
Once cooked, remove them from the pan and peel them. Mash with a fork.
Finely chop the green onion.
Mix cooked and shredded tilapia, mashed potatoes, chives, oil and salt.
Make a croquette shape with your hands.
Finish by passing the croquette in the corn flour and take it to a non-stick shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
