  • 1 kg of fish in slices 500 g of medium shrimp, shelled 4 cloves of garlic, crushed 2 medium onions, thinly sliced 4 tomatoes, thinly sliced 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced 6 tablespoons palm oil 250 ml of coconut milk 2 squeezed lemons Green smell of taste Salt and pepper to taste1 kg
  1. Wash the fish and shrimp well under running water, season them with lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. In a pan spread the 3 tablespoons of palm oil, add the fish steaks and shrimp on top, the onion rings, tomato, pepper, the green smell (optional) and the rest of the palm oil. Cook over low heat until it boils and leave for another 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk, as soon as it boils again, turn off the heat and serve with rice and farofa.
