  • Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
  • Fuba,1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Oil for frying1 cup
  1. Season the fish with the squeezed lemon, salt and pepper, crush the garlic and mix well between the fish fillets.
  2. I let the fish marinate for about 5 minutes.
  3. Then on a plate I put the wheat flour and the cornmeal.
  4. I passed the fish fillet and then reserved.
  5. I put the oil in the pan and let it heat up, I put the fillets to fry and then I turned them until they were very fried.
