  1. Make the Sofrito! Cut the onion and peppers into cubes. Fry the onion over low heat and add the peppers, let it cook on low heat for about 2 hours. Reserve
  2. Add the Sofrito in a frying pan and place the pasta, without any broth and fry the pasta well until golden. After golden, add the well-concentrated shrimp broth, to cook the pasta until al dente.
  3. Grill the large prawns in the skillet with olive oil and garlic, seasoned with salt and pepper, and set aside for decoration.
  4. As soon as the noodles are at the desired point, plate and decorate with the shrimp. If you want, you can finish with parsley and an aioli or mayonnaise of your choice.
