Shrimp1 kg
Fettuccine500 g
Butter2 tablespoon
Parsley to taste
Olive oil4 tablespoon
Garlic3 unit(s)
White wine1 cup

Grill the shrimp - divide the shrimp into 3 portions.
Heat the skillet well, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a squeezed garlic clove for each portion.
Grill the shrimp in 3 portions, each for 2.5 minutes, turning the shrimp after 1 minute and 15 seconds to evenly grill the parts.
Separate the grilled shrimp and leave it in the skillet with the remaining garlic and oil.
Heat the pasta water until it boils. Add salt to taste or until it tastes like sea water.
Place the Fettuccine and observe the cooking time on the package
Remove the fettuccine and drain the water
Using the skillet still with the remains of garlic from the shrimp frying, place 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat, melt the butter and pour the pasta along with the shrimp.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 cup of white wine and mix the dough well for 1 minute. Add the parsley after stirring and just serve.
