  • Skinless Salmon800 g
  • Farfalle500 g
  • red onion1 unit(s)
  • white wine1/4 cup
  • Sicilian lemon2 unit(s)
  • fresh cream1 l
  • grated parmesan cheese70 g
  • seasoning to taste0 to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season the salmon with salt, pepper and a little smoked paprika. Place the salmon in the oven and leave for 30 minutes. (Once ready, take out the splinters)
  2. Put water in a large pot to boil. After boiling, add salt and put the pasta to cook.
  3. In a skillet, add a little oil and fry the onion. Once golden, add the white wine.
  4. As soon as the white wine evaporates, lower the heat and add the cream.
  5. Warm the lemon juice and put it in the cream. Stir and season to taste.
  6. Once ready, drain the pasta and put it in the pan with the sauce. Add the Parmesan and mix well.
  7. Add the salmon flakes and mix carefully.
