- Oil to taste
- Season the tilapia fillets to taste, I use salt and lemon. Leave for about 10 minutes in the seasoning. While marinating, place the wheat flour and salt in a bowl with a lid and mix. Cut the files into smaller pieces, place in the bowl and cover. Shake well and wait 4 to 5 minutes. Shake again and fry in hot oil. Repeat the process of shaking the bowl whenever you spend more than 5 minutes with the fish in the flour, because it releases water.
