- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Onion1 pint
- Cut the eggplant in half and drizzle with olive oil, cover with aluminum foil and take it to the oven for approximately 20 minutes (until it gets soft) remove from the oven add tuna, onions more olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese, put it back in the oven for 10 minutes until gratin!!
