  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Head onion1 unit(s)
  • Coconut Milk1 unit(s)
  • Seasonings to taste
  1. Season the hake fillet to taste.
  2. Clean the prawns and set aside.
  3. I sautéed the garlic and salt in olive oil, put the peppers, onion and tomato. I let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. I added my coloral, cury and oregano seasonings.
  5. I added my hake fillet, plus half a cup of tomato paste. And 500ml of water.
  6. I let it settle and after 10 minutes I added the shrimp.
  7. After 10 minutes I added the coconut milk, left it for another 5 minutes. I finished with a green scent!
