Easy Shrimp Gnocchi

  • Boiled Potatoes (medium size)6 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • peeled and gutless shrimp1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Chopped Garlic8 unit(s)
  1. Cook the potatoes until they are very soft.
  2. Add half the flour, the egg, the salt. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Roll the dough onto a smooth surface. Sprinkle with the rest of the wheat flour.
  4. Cut into pieces 3 to 4 cm long or use a gnocchi.
  5. Cook in boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt. Remove when the gnocchi rise to the surface.
  6. Transfer to a platter. Drizzle with the sauce.
  7. Season the prawns with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  8. In a skillet heat oil. Fry the prawns in small amounts. Reserve.
  9. In the same oil, fry the garlic over low heat until golden. Add the gnocchi and shrimp.
  10. Let it warm up. Serve warm.
