- Boiled Potatoes (medium size)6 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- peeled and gutless shrimp1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Chopped Garlic8 unit(s)
- Cook the potatoes until they are very soft.
- Add half the flour, the egg, the salt. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Roll the dough onto a smooth surface. Sprinkle with the rest of the wheat flour.
- Cut into pieces 3 to 4 cm long or use a gnocchi.
- Cook in boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt. Remove when the gnocchi rise to the surface.
- Transfer to a platter. Drizzle with the sauce.
- Season the prawns with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- In a skillet heat oil. Fry the prawns in small amounts. Reserve.
- In the same oil, fry the garlic over low heat until golden. Add the gnocchi and shrimp.
- Let it warm up. Serve warm.
