- Tilapia fillet200 g
- arugula to taste
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Cucumber1 unit(s)
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Peanut2 tablespoon
- Cherry tomato2 tablespoon
- Shoyu100 ml
- Rice optional1 cup
- Cut the fish into cubes, season with salt, lemon, black pepper and marinate in the fridge.
- Meanwhile cut vegetables red onion and half moon straw carrot cut tomatoes in half and cucumber in thin slices
- Assemble a bowl with a layer of rice which is optional if you prefer, just make a layer of arugula as a salad and finish with the vegetables and marinated fish serve with soy sauce and finish with peanuts
