  • arugula to taste
  • Carrot1/2 unit(s)
  • Cucumber1 unit(s)
  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Peanut2 tablespoon
  • Cherry tomato2 tablespoon
  • Shoyu100 ml
  • Rice optional1 cup
  1. Cut the fish into cubes, season with salt, lemon, black pepper and marinate in the fridge.
  2. Meanwhile cut vegetables red onion and half moon straw carrot cut tomatoes in half and cucumber in thin slices
  3. Assemble a bowl with a layer of rice which is optional if you prefer, just make a layer of arugula as a salad and finish with the vegetables and marinated fish serve with soy sauce and finish with peanuts
