  • Tilapia400 g
  • arugula to taste
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Cucumber1 unit(s)
  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Peanut4 tablespoon
  • Cherry tomato4 tablespoon
  • Shoyu100 ml
  • Rice (optional)2 cup
  1. Cut the fish into cubes, season with salt, lemon, black pepper and leave to marinate in the fridge
  2. Meanwhile cut the vegetables (red onion into half moons, grate the carrot, cut the tomatoes in half, and the cucumber into thin slices)
  3. Assemble a bowl with a layer of rice which is optional if you prefer to make just salad, a layer of arugula and finish with the vegetables and marinated fish
  4. Serve with shoyu and finish with peanuts
