  • Dogfish in slices 1.5 kg1 unit(s)
  • Banana, cut into slices3 unit(s)
  • Large onion2 unit(s)
  • Large tomato2 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk500 ml
  • Palm oil200 ml
  • Green Spice to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Season the dogfish steaks with lemon, salt and black pepper and let it rest for 2 hours.
  2. In a clay pot, put some palm oil and spread it all over the pot. Saute the garlic.
  3. Make a small layer of onion, tomato and green pepper.
  4. Add the dogfish and plantains and top with another layer of onion, tomato and peppers.
  5. Add all the coconut milk, the rest of the palm oil and cover the pan.
  6. Once it boils, wait 15 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped green smell.
  8. Serve with white rice and dendê farofa.
