- Panko Flour2 cup
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Ground garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion Powder2 teaspoon

- dehydrated parsley2 teaspoon

- Oil for frying to taste
- Cut the dogfish into large strips, just removing the cartilage.
- Season with lemon, garlic, salt, pepper and dried parsley, set aside.
- beat the eggs set aside.
- mix wheat flour and onion powder, set aside.
- Place the Panko flour on a plate to coat.
- Coat each piece of dogfish, first passing through the flour, then by the beaten eggs and, finally, by the Panko flour.
