- Diced Dogfish2 kg
- Clean medium shrimp1 kg
- Peppers (1 Green/ 1 Red/ 1 Yellow)3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Onion slices1 unit(s)
- Seedless Tomatoes4 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Palm oil50 ml
- Coconut Milk400 ml
- Lemon4 unit(s)
- Green Scent and Chives to taste
- Black pepper and salt to taste
- Season the dogfish with lemon juice and salt and set aside for 2 hours.
- Sauté the onion with 2 tablespoons of palm oil
- Add the tomato and let it cook
- Add the fish, sliced onions, peppers and garlic.
- Dissolve fish seasoning in boiling water and add
- Leave cooking for 15 minutes
- Add the green seasonings and the rest of the palm oil.
- Cook for another 5 minutes
- Add coconut milk and prawns
- Add salt and serve
