Ingredients
Recipe

About mashed potato5 cup
Sour cream100 g
Can of sardines2 unit(s)
Red onion cut into half moons1/2 cup
Sea Salt to taste
Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
Olive oil to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

In a pan heat the oil and sauté the onion.
Add the mashed potatoes, sour cream, salt, pepper and mix well.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the already cleaned sardines and the chives. Mix and turn off the heat.
Transfer the puree to a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil on top and bake in a preheated oven at 220ºC for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
