White fish fillet (I used red snapper, you can also use tilapia)

Tempere os filés de peixe com sal e pimenta do reino, reserve. 

Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper, set aside.

Pré aqueça o forno a 200 graus. Corte as bananas da terra no comprimento dela, em um espessura nem muito grossa, nem muito fina. Doure as bananas em uma frigideira levemente e reserve. 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Slice the bananas along their length, in a thickness that is neither too thick nor too thin. Lightly brown the bananas in a frying pan and set aside.

Molho branco: Em uma panela, adicione a manteiga e deixe derreter. Adicione a farinha e mexa por 5 minutos até incorporar (vai virar uma pequena massinha) e dourar levemente. Adicione uma pequena parte do leite (frio) a panela e misture rapidamente com um garfo para dissolver a farinha com manteiga, tudo em fogo baixo. Va adicionando o resto do leite aos poucos até tudo ficar incoporado. Tempere com sal e pimenta do reino. Cozinhe em fogo bem baixo por 15/20 minutos, até engrossar levemente. Desligue o fogo. 

White sauce: In a pan, add the butter and let it melt. Add the flour and stir for 5 minutes until incorporated (it will turn into a small dough) and lightly browned. Add a small part of the milk (cold) to the pan and mix quickly with a fork to dissolve the flour with butter, all over low heat. Gradually add the rest of the milk until everything is incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over a very low heat for 15/20 minutes, until it thickens slightly. Turn off the fire.

Montagem: espalhe um pouco do molho branco no fundo da travessa. Coloque os filés de peixe e por cima a banana da terra. Se não couber todos na travessa de uma vez só, intercale. Adicione todo o molho branco e o queijo mussarela por cima.

Assembly: spread some of the white sauce on the bottom of the platter. Place the fish fillets and the plantain on top. If you don't fit everyone on the platter at once, intersperse. Add all the white sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.
