  • Medium onions3 unit(s)
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Palm oil50 ml
  • Scented Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Salt and cilantro to taste1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the fish into 6 pieces, then mash the garlic and coriander and add the salt and lemon juice in a frying pan, thus seasoning the fish.
  2. Then set it aside to taste for 1/2 hour.
  3. Cut the tomato and onion into cubes, putting it together with the already seasoned fish, then add the coconut milk and palm oil.
  4. In any part of the pan put the pepper to taste
  5. Cook for 15 minutes later and only serve while still hot with rice.
