Tilapia 1 fillet1 unit(s)
Parsley50 g
Lemon1 unit(s)
Olive oil60 ml
Panco flour100 g
Brazil nuts20 g
Butter30 g
Sage medium leaves5 unit(s)
Tagliatelle200 g
Salt and pepper to taste

Season the tilapia with salt and pepper. Place in a non-stick or greased form
Chop the parsley, squeeze half a lemon, 30 ml of olive oil and mix, cover the tilapia
Chop the chestnuts, squeeze the other half of the lemon, 30 ml of olive oil, 100 g of panco flour mix, cover the tilapia and place in the preheated oven for 8 mins until the crispy crust is golden.
As soon as the tilapia enters the oven, put the noodles to cook in boiling water (with salt) for approximately 7 minutes
When 1 min is left for noodles, In a pan, put the butter to melt, chop the sage and fry a little in the butter over medium heat.
