  • Parsley50 g
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil60 ml
  • Panco flour100 g
  • Brazil nuts20 g
  • Butter30 g
  • Sage medium leaves5 unit(s)
  • Tagliatelle200 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Season the tilapia with salt and pepper. Place in a non-stick or greased form
  2. Chop the parsley, squeeze half a lemon, 30 ml of olive oil and mix, cover the tilapia
  3. Chop the chestnuts, squeeze the other half of the lemon, 30 ml of olive oil, 100 g of panco flour mix, cover the tilapia and place in the preheated oven for 8 mins until the crispy crust is golden.
  4. As soon as the tilapia enters the oven, put the noodles to cook in boiling water (with salt) for approximately 7 minutes
  5. When 1 min is left for noodles, In a pan, put the butter to melt, chop the sage and fry a little in the butter over medium heat.
  6. Drain the macaroni and sauté in the sage butter, salt and pepper to taste
