- Tilapia fish2 kg
- Cachaça for seasoning1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour300 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Panko flour for breading300 g
- Clean and cut the pieces of fish -cross cut
- Mix the cachaça, lemon, salt and black pepper to form the seasoning syrup
- Pour this syrup over the fish and mix very well.
- If you want the tilapia to be tastier, leave the fish in a transparent bag with the syrup for 1:00 hour, until the seasoning is completely absorbed.
- Separate three bowls
- In a bowl the wheat flour
- In the second bowl two eggs lightly beaten with a little salt
- In the third bowl the panko flour
- Pass the tilapia pieces in the flour, eggs and finally in the panko flour.
- Fry in very hot oil, but over medium heat.
- Tips: You can use as much fish as you want, cachaça is used to remove the clay taste from fresh fish, use tartar sauce to accompany it if you prefer. Enjoy your food!
