- Recipe
- Hake fillet (or your preference)1 kg
- Lemon to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Oil to taste
- Cut the fillet into strip seasoning with lemon, garlic, chimichurri and salt. Let marinate for 30min
- Mix the flour and cornmeal and season with salt and chimichurri
- Coat the fish in the flour mixture, pressing well. Then just fry until golden.
- You can decorate with lemon
